Hydraulic Spreaders

The hydraulic flange spreaders have a spreading force of max. 14 t with a gap width of 61 mm. With an appropriate stepped block the gap width can be expanded to 81 mm. High-pressure hydraulic hoses and manual power units are included.

Hydraulic spreaders are hydraulic tools that have been designed to work with a small access gap or when working at height. The system is simple to operate and reduces physical demand to a minimum. Hydraulic spreaders are most commonly used in rescue operations to separate doors of cars involved in a collision, they can also be used in heavy equipment maintenance, metal seal replacements and numerous other applications.
